# 3. Parametrização Básica

**Como crio diferentes departamentos no CRM?**

A opção de **Departamento** nos ajuda a definir ou diferenciar os usuários por suas áreas e associá-los aos grupos correspondentes assim que o seu acesso ao sistema for criado.

Para criar os Departamentos, basta seguir os passos:

Acesse:⚙️ **Configurações** > **Departamentos**> **Novo**, Preencha os dados solicitados e clique em **Salvar** ✅
