# Como atender um chat

Quando você recebe o atendimento de chat, independente de qual tela você tiver quando um chat chega subirá um popup de atendimento juntamente com um alerta sonoro. Para atê-lo basta clicar na mensagem que você será direcionado para dentro do chat.
