# Transferir o atendimento para outro usuário/fila

Durante a conversa de chat, pode ocorrer dele ter sido transbordado incorretamente para você, e neste caso será necessário transferir o atendimento.

Para transferir, clique no ícone " ︙ "no canto superior direito do atendimento. Selecione a opção “**transferir** **atendimento**” selecione o proprietário ou fila, escreva a mensagem e clique em transferir.
