Para transferir o atendimento para outro departamento/fila/proprietário sem precisar encaminhar o e-mail basta seguir os passos: Já dentro do e-mail 📧 selecione o bloco de seleção “**proprietário**”. 👦🏻 Em seguida selecione para onde esse e-mail será direcionado.&#x20;
