# Como visualizar e-mail da minha fila

Para você visualizar os e-mails que foram distribuídos para a sua fila acesse no menu a opção de E-mail. Feito isso, no combo de seleção filtre por “**meus e-mails pendentes**” . Pronto, basta selecionar o e-mail e começar sua tratativa ✅
